20 inch 2x40 Watt Current USA PowerCompact Dual Satellite Fixture

I ordered a 20 inch 2x40 Watt Current USA PowerCompact Dual Satellite Fixture from Marine Depot and both bulbs only light up halfway. Marine Depot has very helpful so far and is sending two replacement bulbs. Has anyone elses had any experience with their dual light fixtures only lighting on one side of each bulb?

you sure they arnt 50/50s

on PC bulbs if one side is lite the otehr side is as well.

on 5050;s the oneside looks really dim purple. REALLY DIM because human eyes can not see that spectrum very well

can you take out a bulb and tell me the number on it ( pm me since i probobly will forget to check this thread)
