Hello!
I want to take my first steps into breeding, but am not sure what the best method is.
I want to eventually breed Sexy Shrimp, Bangaii Cardinals, and then Clownfish (then who knows what after that).
My plan is to construct a system like the following-
I want to then create an automated feeding system using a peristaltic pump from BRS connected to a timer.
It would feed live brine shrimp (possibly phytoplankton/something else as well to gutload the shrimp) 6 times a day from a pitcher elevated above the tank so as to prevent clogging of the tubes. Gravity should make it so no food gets stuck in the tubing.
I am also looking to eventually set up a 180 or 240 gallon DT with a 55 gallon refugium under it.
I would use the refugium as a growout tank for fry.
So, is a Kreisel the best approach for what I want to do, or would a different setup be better?
Please advise.
Thanks- Wizzy
