20L Project (Freshwater)

I'm tired right now so I apologize in advance if I sound too choppy or have crappy grammar :) AND.... sorry it isn't saltwater related :)

I've been slow at rigging my 20L up. What I wanted to do with the 20L is to create some land spaces with glass panes. I plan on having some java moss on top of glass panes. I will have some gravel siliconed to the glass pane so the java moss has a place to adhere to.

Here is what I've done so far...

The suction cups and green string is only in there to hold that glass pane and as guide so I can cut PVC to right size once I've decided how I want to place that glass pane.
I plan to keep a couple of newts in there along with bunch of endlers and snails that I have in other rubbermaid.

Any comments or feedback will be appreciated

That looks like a cool project. You are soon going to have too many tanks for your house. Time for a bigger place. lol

HA!! Yeah, the place is filled with tanks...sorta... only 55g, 29g, 20L and not counting 2.5g and 2g hex as they will be taken down any time down the road.

I thought this was gonna be a cool project too. I just haven't decided where I'd like to have the last glass pane to be or if I'd cut it to a smaller piece. There's too many different ways I can do this.
The great thing is that if I ever get tired of the land space, I always can take a razor blade and cut the silicon off and viola! I have olde regular 20L back.

Update time!! I am sorry about the photo quality here.

All PVC are painted black and... boy! It looks much better! Thanks Todd for the paint!

Everything has been siliconed in place, notice that the wood has popped up, it warped when get wet. That's ok I'll place some java moss to hide the silicon. Right now the water level is higher than I wanted. I need to make a longer extension for the filter so it doesn't break suction :)
