I bought this reef ready 220 last year and can't set it up so it's for sale.
I was told that while it was being installed in a house one of the workers bumped into it with a granite countertop so they had to replace the whole tank. I believe him because it does have a very little bit of sand in it but you can tell it was never used. It has been leak tested and was fine.
It has two clamshell chips on the left edge as you can see in the photos. It's 1/2" glass. The worst chip is about .100" deep. I did a lot of research and really doubt it would fail. They are clean and have no cracks running.
I'll take $200 for it or trade for a clean 40 breeder with good canister filter.
If you want to come look at it call or text. 618-218-6908. I live in south county. If you think you are going to buy it you will need to bring at least 2 additional guys. It is in the basement but is a straight shot up the stairs and out the garage.
