23 gallon nano reef tang

I am seen in my tang some dark red stoff in the botton of my tank. Has bubbles in the dark red carpet. I don't know what it is. I need help.

im guessing tank is what he is trying to say, and it sounds like Cyno. Lights out for 3 days and try to eliminate as much light in the tank should help wipe it out.
