24-7 lighting or not on your refugium?

just bought a bunch of macro, do you guys recommand lighting 24-7 or not. What do you recommand? My light is 175mh.

I have been running 24/7 for about a year now, and have excellent growth and my macro has not gone sexual, I also dose iron once a week.

If you are using caulerpa, than 24/7 is best to reduce the likelyhood of it going sexual on you. If you are using any other algae, then 10-12 hrs opposite of your display lights is best.

yes using caulerpa, have been running 24-7 but it looks like cyno is fighting strong and ideas. have some snails and one conch in the ref.
