24 gallon aggressive tank ?

So I have a 24 gallon tank right now with a green spotted puffer but soon I will be upgrading and he will go in 141 gallon tank so nothing will be left in the nano.
So there are 3 ideas I have had
1) turn it to freshwater
2)make it a frogfish tank
3) a nano aggressive tank

Get a mantis shrimp or frog fish

Wartskin angler! please don't follow the "train your frogfish" advice so prevalent on the internet and feed it from a stick. If you do you will end up with an ornament that eats, then stops eating pretty shortly after and die. If you feed it a live diet, you'll experience a surprisingly active and interesting creature. Gut loaded ghost shrimp, guppies, and mollies.

Yea I think will do a frogfish. I had one a few years ago it was great but died when my tank cracked

Ghost shrimp are a mess and very intensive, not worth it; not sure if it would even be possible I've never done guppies, but mollies are easy enough. Breeding them in saltwater is harder than doing it in fresh, but possible. In the end I found buying ghosties, guppies, and small mollies a better choice for me. You would need at least 10g volume of water to provide enough room for male a couple/few females; as well as cover for the fry not to be eaten by the parents. I raised mollies in 2 separate tanks for a while; became a pita It cost me less than $2/week feeding my warty buying from the lfs.

I am already putting a dwarf lion in the main tank. I like frogfish more than mantis shrimp personally. I think I will do a 1 or 2 frogfish and 1 or 2 scorpionfish/stonefish/Sea goblin. I would love to have a stonefish I have wanted one my whole life bit I know who deadly they are so I might go with a false stonefish instead
