Can I add some flow to this tank? I am going to add pure white life Fuji Sand, and live rock. I have a Bio-wheel filter.

What's the most flow I could add if any?

Between 4-8 times turn over is fine.

On the upper scale, which is better, make sure you have a diffuser, (multiple outlets) so as to average the flow out over the whole tank rather than 1 outlet and big flow.

So if I understand you correctly I can go approx. 100 - 200 gph? I assume that is what you meant by 4 - 8 times.

Is this diffuser and add-on or does it come with some power heads?

Normally a power head has 1 outlet, what you have to do is build a clip on outlet with 4-5-6 whatever outlets, its very easy.

Your spot on with the flow.

A diffuser is a far better way to move water than 1 high volume powerful outlet.
