2nd request for help!

I sent a request Sunday at 600pm. I did receive a notification that the request was received Sunday evening. I have checked the status several times and it states its waiting to be assigned to a technician. I have checked my span folder as well. Anyways here is my question.

I have a real old set of G1,s covering my frag tank (Love the lights) However one has developed an issue. I did switch power supplies and the problem follows the power supply. The green light is illuminated at all times but what will happen is the lights will come on for three seconds followed by being off for three seconds then repeats constantly. What do you recommend.

1. You know what the issue is and I can buy the part for the power supply from Ecotech and fix it myself.

2. Not sure but sending the power supply for repair will probably be less expensive then buying a new one?

3. Pony up and just buy a new power supply? Speaking of that I only see one power supply listed on your website. Does this power supply work for all of the Radions?

I apologize for the delay in our response. It sounds as though the capacitor has failed on your power supply and will need to be replaced. You have two options, first would be to send the power supply in for service to see if it can be repaired. Your other option would be to purchase a new power supply for our online store. Additionally, we utilize the same power supply for all generations of our XR30w Radions.
