i have a 2 x 175 metal halide setup ready to go
bulbs were used for 5-6 months at 6 hours a day 3-9 pm

included reflectors and all just screw in the reflectors to your canopy and your ready plug and play i upgraded to 250s because of the 30 inch depth.

things ballast are virtually silent .i had a custom sealife that will run you out of the house: these wont. they are magnetic m57.
