" 2 - Metal Halide bulb. For tank height 18" to 36" MH 175W, 2 - 36" Super Actinic Blue 95W VHO Fluorescent Bulbs, 2 - 4" fans, High Quality electro-white reflector, Black Aluminum canopy. Dawn to dusk effect Dimensions: L36"xW11.5"xH6.5" "
Thats a total of 2x175w metal halide
2x95w VUO
Grand total of 540watts!

The ballast worked both type of lights, My sump over flowed and got it wet, so the ballast has been trashed. NEEDS NEW BALLAST!

I payed over $700 with shipping for this and used it for about 3 months. Whole lot of life left in the bulbs...

I would take like $150 for the light... I just need to move it out of the way.
Thats 15 frags to people who wanna trade...

Here is a link to where I bought it...

really if you think about it, if you built or had a canopy, mount the light in the middle(Im assuming you have a 48" tank) the light comes down at an angle, so it would cover all of your tank as it did with my 75g.

It is tempting, but I think I might be going for the T5's in my canopy. It is only 8'' tall, so the Mh's would probably heat the tank. I am trying to run without a chiller.

Make another canopy about 4"s taller, it only needs to be about 6-8"s above the tank, if you use a glass top, it will cut the heat down, but it will also cut the light down.

175's will work fine over a 90. IMO we have gotten too hung up on lighting strength and not enough attention has been paid to water quality. With our abiliy to keep water cleaner these days with increased flow and better quality skimming most of us can get away with less light, especially on a mixed tank. Here is an older example of an outstanding 120 with 175's:

That's a great deal on that fixture....wish I needed one.
