3 gallon eclipse

i have a 3 gallon eclipse with an inch layer of sand,and about four fist sized rocks. I was hoping that I could get a shrimp, which ever kind, and maybe a goby or a cherub angel. I honestly want a very low maintenance tank, and I have great calpera algea growth. any tips would be great.

cherub angel is a bad idea, not enough room for the poor bugger. Goby and shrimp should be fine though, maybe pistol and randal pair? Nix the angel though
