Hello,

I have 90 gallon aquarium. I'm upgrading to a 300 gallon recessed in wall.

Can you please help with:

1.best store in nys to buy in.
2.Glass or acryllic - which is better.
3.help on building a stand.

Any suggestions to start will be appreciated.

thanks,
frank

Tanya, he's already a member of manhattan reefs. I sent him here because this section is more informative for large tanks.

This is where the big dogs hang out, lol.

I prefer glass, and like others said, maybe just the front starphire.

His tank is meant to be in wall.

Also, maybe an external overflow?

The one im gonna be getting is 48"x48"x30" front and right starphire left side w/ externial overflow eurobraced :)

thanks, to all i will post pics of the area where the tank going dimenion are 84x24x31 its 275 gallon. it will also have TANYA specs

I just ordered a starphire tank from Aquarium Obssesed and the tank rocks. I live in CT and I considered going with a local manufacturer like Aquariums For You but I went with AO due to its steller reputation.

OK guys, placed order for tank from miracles aquariums its is a 265 gal with a 90 gal refugium it wil have a external overflow with two 1.5 '' holes on the left side on tank and four 1''holes for the returnon the back front and rigth side will be starphire glass.it will also have eurobrace. I will try to post pictures of where the tank room will be built. Excuse the mess, but I was recently flooded and making repairs to the downstairs. The wife gets to remodel and I get to build my fish room. Will keep post updated with pictures. Will start tank room within three weeks. Tanks will be delivered within seven weeks. Please advise which pump I should use. I will also have two Tunze 6100 Steams. I will buy two more if needed, but I would like to keep these on the bottom on the tank and have enough flow with the pump for the center and surface. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you guys. Will keep you guys updated.
