Probably has been around enough to know that a lot of the time people on RC will lowball you and trying to minimize the lowball effect.

I don't think it's a big deal. If anything I would think Craiglist would be listed for more since they don't have the knowledge that most of us have about aquarium values.

My unsolicited 2 cents. It is a seller's right to ask whatever price they want for a given item. It's the buyers right to choose whether they will buy. If you think the price is too high, the good news is, you don't have to buy it.

Personally, I don't agree with flaming a guy in his for sale thread. Comments really should be reserved for people with an interest in a potential transaction.
