300 GPH skimmer feed pump

Looking for a feed pump for an external recirc skimmer. Need about 300 GPH. Looking for something silent and low wattage.

The 28-watt Eheim 1250 (http://www.eheim.com/universal.htm) generates 1200 liters per hour (317 gph). Here is the output diagram:

I have the similar Eheim 1046 on my GAC/GFO reactor. It is quiet.

Eheim 1250. Eheim pumps are quiet and very low heat transfer.
