300G draining/return issue

I just needed to stick to the basics and I forgot them.. 3-5x flow from the sump and use the CL for the FLOW.. So I'm changing the pumps around amp master 4700 on the CL and dart will be on the sump returns... I think this will kill both issues I was overthinking it all .. to much anticipation to complete not enough practical thoughts....
