300g prccess need advices

helo there,,woking on 300g fish only tanks just wonder how often do you change water for that size of tanks i ask because i have two spot to put tank at ,,
one spot is my favore but it hard to get water to there,,if i could get one water change every 3 month or so,that would be nice,,or even 4 5 month
and other spot is ez to get water to but not that i want the tank there,,so what do you thinks??

i for got,,i will have a good skimmer and 300lb of lr and 4" ls,,,or should i be fine if no live sand at all,,,i like that look,,but worry about nitrate,,,
what is nitrate level for fish only tank anyway?? i am gonna have tangsssssss

I have 180G Show and 220G sump and I change h2o daily 15G or about 26% total volume weekly. Unless you have excellent skimmer (I have two, Bubble Master 250 and Deltec AFP 600) and light bio load with feeding once every 3- 5 days, changing h2o is the next best thing. IMO With FO tanks the Nitrate is not as big a factor but Tangs and Angels are sensitive fishes and will get ich if the NO3 is higher then 20+ PPM.
