I have a 30x30x30cm tank cycling.
Can I keep a pair of clowns in it? What would I be able to keep in it if not?

Just around 7 gallons. It's a 12" cube.

Seems a bit on the small side for a pair of clowns to me. Maybe you could do something like a clown, a neon goby and a skunk cleaner.

if you put a clown in there it will get to big and you will have to move it out
