It might be the issue with photobucket. They changed their policy and certain users are now required to pay to have their images on 3rd party hosting (like here). So if they dont pay the images will not show up. You will get the placeholder.

Thats the picture posters problem (due to photobucket requiring payment)..
Its not something you can fix/enable.. Photobucket is requiring THEM to pay in order for their photos to show up on sites like this..
