40 breeder stocking

I am currently seting up a 40 breeder with a 20 gallon sump and was thinking about stocking it with some nems and fish.. Just didn't know what kind would be a good fit for a 40 and also running a quad t5ho light and was wondering about what kind of bulbs to use I currently have ati coral plus and daylight in it now but didn't know if there was a better combo for nems

I know with nems you need to let the tank mature for a bit before adding them. They don't do well with parameter swings.
