46 gallon with 2 new fish

I have a 46 gallon reef and only had 2 fish and Oscellaris Clown and a Bi-Color Blenny. I added a 3 inch Carpenter Flasher Wrasse and a 2 inch Flame Hawkfish together. My Wrasse is hiding in the back most of the time. He comes out and eats well and stays out for about 30 mins then retreats to the back. Do you thin the Clown or the Hawk is causing this. The wrasse looks great and eats well.

He will come out more once he gets used to the tank. I had a wrasse that took a couple weeks before he came out all the time.

He was out the first day I got him but now he is hiding. I am afraid he will die being in the back of the tank.
