OK, that's great, you should get it if shipping is included, but I would make sure it is insured, anything can happen to the bulbs/light system when it is shipped and not insured.
I paid for shipping, and insurance, so I want what I paid, or I will hang onto it. Difference is, with mine, you can see it working BEFORE you buy it.
My price is FIRM. Buy it or don't.
