You could try a green, yellow, or black clown goby, but that's about it. Otherwise a neon goby might work. Do not go with a citron clown goby, and if anything, go with the yellow clown goby. It's the smallest, hardiest, and certainly the cutest.
I've tried a clown goby and neon goby at different times in my 3G tank. Although both lived for about a year, neither really thrived. I've since come to the conclusion that a pico is no place for a fish. (But it's just MHO)
