Hi Everyone I need some help. I currently converting a 54g Oceanic corner tank into saltwater, but have run into a problem and need some advice.

The tank itself wasn't drilled as it was used for freshwater and the bottom can't be drilled. What would be the best way to have an overflow with a sump?

Its a beautiful tank and I would love to have it converted to a saltwater system.

Thanks

Fortunately I have a 54 corner with an overflow. but the problem doesn't stop there. The stand will not hold much of a sump unless you do some modifications to it. Even after the modification, you can only fit 20 gal or 36 corner.

I am building my own stand as we speak to fit a 29 gal tank.

As for your overflow, you can always go with "horizontal overflow" or siphon type.

These are some ideas for your thoughts. Best of luck.
