Describe your filtration process'.........that's a lot of bio load on a 55. I can't really comment on the potters angel, because I have never owned one, but I would think the order in which you stock the tank would matter. Hope this helps.

I have a Current Fission Power Skimmer rated for 105 Gallons
Fluval 305 Canister Filter
I do Water Changes Every week
Live Rock 45lbs
Live Sand 55 lbs

IMO i think it should be OK as long as you stay on top of your water changes

I would be a little worried about the fairy wrasses and the angel. I've got a potters, and it's a jerk. I spent all day yesterday breaking down my reef to rescue my mystery wrasse. He's pretty shredded. All your other fish are pretty tough and should be fine.
