6 line wrasse vs. algae blenny

I just added an algae blenny to my tank. For whatever reason my 6 line wrasse isnt too pleased with this addition. Usually my Tomini Tang is the jerk of the tank who picks on everyone. I have never seen this wrasse act aggressively toward any of the other creatures in the tank and always thought they were fairly peaceful. Im hoping that they will work it out. Right now the blenny is hiding behind a powerhead. I fed the tank which hopefully will make the wrasse full and sleepy and he will just forget about the blenny. Why cant they all just get along?

sixlines are very know to set territory's whent he get larger. i had one pick on a tang that was 5 times it's size. i consider them the shih-tzu of the reef. when they are small they are so cute and friendly and then when they grow up they get ugly and will bight anybody ankles off:lol:

my six line wrasse attacks his reflection in the glass sometimes. He is the only fish in my 40 gallon so I dont knwo if he would attack another fish. He did try and atack my emerald cra when I first added him to the tank though.

There's a good chance that they never will. I once had a sixline in a 30, and adding another fish after that was impossible. He would harass them and steal all of their food. They really can be nasty little devils.

Never again here!
