6 the movie

It would be cool. I just don't know how I would manage all the stress of investigating though. Either these people are brave or foolish. Either way, this looks good.

Everyone here realizes carbon is in all living things and not toxic, right?

?? I am at work and watched it without sound.

Cinematics and photography look great... what about carbon?

Edit*

I know the element number is 6 for carbon, but is the intent of this movie to say there is an issue with carbon?

I guess I will have to watch it again later with sound.

I don't understand the comment about carbon either. Please clarify. The movie is called 6 because it details the possability of the 6th mass extinction event in earths history. So far there have been 5. Ordovician, Devonian, Permian (the biggest), Triassic, and Cretaceous. The title eludes to our age being the next extinction event. The loss of our marine life.

Okay, I thought the movie sounded like some Al Gore love fest.

I am glad that you posted this and this will be on my red box/Netflix to watch list.

Well said.

And with the loss of our marine life, what percentage of the worlds inhabitants including humans will eventually suffer the same demise?

We as humans need to understand how its like watching domino's fall. Hard to stop once started.

Sincerely,

David

They chose a stock car/nascrap clown as a "getaway driver"? OK, have fun turning left with that.

Otherwise, yes will watch eventually.

Probably means co2, and its in all living things but to much of anything is bad . And it's a greenhouse gas it gets absorbed back into our oceans and sceince the levels are to high it kills off things like phytoplankton who absorb it.
