600 Gallon---Fish all dead or dying

So over the last 3 weeks, basically all of my fish have died. 1 or 2 a day it seems. Temp has been fine, ph has been fine, ammonia and nitrite have been in check.

Fish were showing signs of lethargy, white spots, cloudy eyes, loss of appetite. Ive had ich before, and its not lethal enough to wipe out puffers and triggers like what I have just experienced.

anyone thinking FLUKES?

So, now that my tank is nearly fallow, I am planning on removing the last fish and leaving it this way for 8 weeks or more. Will this take care of any parasites? Should I drain and refill tank? I will probably re-aquascape the tank, should I dry out the rock or the sand, or just keep some water circulating?

I only see my tank on the weekends and on my dropcam and apex dashboard, so when this all started, not much I can do. I have not quarantined before, but will from here on out, don't need anyone to tell me that at this point.

What do you think I should do to get the tank back up and healthy?

First please tell dimensions of tank and all inhabitants, I am going to assume there are no inverts in it if there are tell me you mentioned dying fish what species are there. After that, assuming all your fish are dead do a 50% water change and put in freshwater this should lower the salinity enough to kill parasites, then gradually add salt until it is at a normal level this should take 2 weeks. Please tell all information regarding fish

Sorry, that is not good advice. Please read the stickies in the fish diseases forum.

Please describe the timeline of when the last fish was added to the tank, and the behavior of the fish. Probably best to read these stickies.

I went fallow for 3 months after my horrible infestation. 8 weeks isn't 100% sure.

That fallow period is sufficient for all parasites. When was the last fish added? How was it quarantined if it was quarantined?
It would be best to move this to the fish disease forum for more eyes on the problem.

Ich can, and will, kill any fish. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security because ich can sometimes be kept "manageable" for a while. You may be seeing the inevitable result of trying to live with ich.
