6000 position in 75 gallon

Ok, it looks like I do have a 6000 instead of a 6100 after looking at the transformer instead of what it says on the pump.

I guess the problem might be my 5 inch sandbed which causes my rock to be higher than in a lot of tanks. If i point the tunze flow over the rock the stream pretty much directly hits the acropora which last time I tried that was the shearing of the flesh off the skeleton. I could try mounting it on the back wall and point it at the front wall along the side of the tank but I think that is just going to result with a deep sand depression there.

I think I might be stuck just putting it halfway down the side of the tank on lowest flow and aim it at a rock again.

After reading other old posts regarding 75 I might try again to place the tunze on the side in middle of the tank so the flow doesn't go directly over the rocks in my tank. I think the last time I tried this I had a problem with sand blowing around but I'll try it again.

Oh and a good pulse setting would be around 30-100% but what about duration of the pulse?
