6025 problems

I have a 6025 nanostream with a problem. It stopped working during a brown-out the other day. When the power came back up it was making an awful racket. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The impeller didnt even turn a little, but the pump was humming along normally. I disassembled the pump to find out the problem (figured it was just jammed). Turns out the stainless steel shaft that runs through the impeller unit rusted out and snapped and the little stainless washer appears to be attached out of position (I cant get it out with my tools but it's definately not centered).

My buddy said to write it up here and you would be able to help me with this problem like you did when I had problems with the clips. Can you?
