6101 not working

Hi there Royer

I have a 6101 Turbelline than is not working, I plug it, the little led red is turn on but the pump is dead, what should I do. And if I have to send it to you what is your address. Or you can send me diirect the spare parts?

Send your pump to this address. Make sure you include point of contact and return addy. You have to send the pump in so Roger and Rodney can work on it and figure out the issue.
