6101 trouble

Hi,
Got 4 6101's in May and put them on a 7095, I cleaned them about 2 months ago from calcium buildup from when I put sand in the tank primarily.

This past weekend 1 wasn't pumping. I took out the impellar which was 'tight" against the plastic thing and cleaned it and the plastic thing but it's still not pumping. The impellar spins fine around the plastic thing after the cleaning.

What am I doing wrong? Can the motor burn out if the empellar doesn't spin? what can I try?

for the moment I unplugged it.

Thanks!

Terrible news! It WORKS now!

Just plugged it back in again, HATE when that happens... take a broken car to a mechanic and it fixes itself b4 getting there! grrrr

I'm sending this out today... I thought the issue was fixed. Basically it runs for a few minutes, then just stops. I've switched power supplies, impellers and nothing changes.

This is on a 7095. I've also switched ports to check the 7095 but it's not the issue.

I'm only sending the pump, not the power supplies or 7095 cords to avoid misplacement. Thanks!
