One of my 6215 wavebox pump stopped working after one year. It will occasionally spin, but usually just moves about 5 degrees every 3 seconds. Is there something I can do on my end?

Sounds like it might just need a good cleaning. Please follow the "How to clean a Tunze pump" sticky at the top of this forum. Take a good look inside and see that everything spins freely as it should. Let me know how it goes and we'll take it from there...

Sorry, that Sticky won't be of much use to that pump. Please take a look at this video instead. At around the 25 second mark you can see how freely the propeller should spin.
