6305 working intermittently

Roger,

I have a 6305 on a 7095 controller that seems to only be working intermittently. It is on the Interval 1 setting, and alternates between the 6305 and one of the older-style controllable tunzes. I have a spare 7095 controller, tried using it, and still have the same issue. The 6305 will work fine for a few hours, then not cycle on for several hours, etc...

What you're describing could be due to how you have the 7095 programmed. Have you tried running the pump disconnected from the controller to see if it runs by itself? That will help narrow down the problem.

Okay, It does run when disconnected from the controller. Even if the 7095 is set to interval 1 and 1-60 sec, when it should be cycling on, it just stays off for hours at a time. Then, it will start cycling on/off every few seconds as programmed, then start working intermittenly again. I unplugged and reconnected all the connections and it seems to be working better, so I'll just keep an eye on it.
