Hi. I just moved my tank a few hours ago but I won't be able to get my halides (10000k) back running for a day or two. I have a compact flourescent fixture with 7000k bulbs sitting around that I was thinking I might throw on it untill I can get my halides back up. Can anyone see any problems with doing this? Thanks.

A day or two with some light is better than no light. 
I recommend doing it just as you have thought out.
Throw the PC's up there and when you can get the MH's running you already have something over them. Won't be as much of a shock.
Even with a couple of days you may want to look at raising the MH's a bit and lowering them down over a period of a few days. Don't want to scare the fellas too much.
