70RR tank, stand & canopy. MH pendt. and misc. in N. AL

I have a 70 gallon RR OCEA brand tank w/ cherry stained stand and canopy. Tank is drilled for a closed loop system. Dimensions... Tank LxWxH, 35 1/2x23 1/2"x17 1/2", 3/8" thk glass. It is plumbed from the short end (23 1/2" wide) w/ 20 gallon sump. Canopy has a 4" fan w/ access on all 3 sides. The stand also has access doors on all 3 sides, the canopy also has a hinged lid for easier access to the lighting.. (2) 24" 75W super actinic VHO's (extra bulbs). Setup comes w/ all the plumbing. Very nice setup, pix available via e-mail upon request. I am asking $400 O.B.O.,

Also, i have a 175w MH pendant, w/ bulb and Blueline E-ballast.

Euro-reef skimmer up to 75g. i believe. On the ER skimmer, the pump casing has been cracked, but this has not affected it's performance.

I may have a mag 12 aand other misc. items to sell, i'll post those later.

I can also deliver the tank, no charge up to 20 miles, after that we'll have to work out something for gas and travel time. I'l have pics of the tank, and other equipment, in a day or two

I've dropped the price on the tank to $300, firm. if it won't sel at this price, then i'll hang onto it till i'm ready to set it up again. Pics avaiable now. this is an excellent price, especially for beginners.

I have put some pictures of the 70G set up in my gallery. I've had trouble emailing these to some people. They aren't the best pics, bu it'll give those interested an idea of what it looks like. I'll try taking better pics, when i borrow a better camera this week. If the pics i posted are no good, feel free to let me know. I've never posted in my gallery before.

I'm interested in the tank and stand...problem though, is that I'm out of town right now and wont be back until the week of the 15th (sept). Can you sit on it for that much longer? If so, I'll come get it the weekend after I get back...like on the 20th maybe.

I can try, but i've got a couple other people interested in the set up. Most of the time, I get lot of inquiries, but nothing serious so it's good chnce it'll still be here by then. If you wanted to pay now, then it's yours and i can deffinatly hold it.
