I have a 70W ballast from ballastwise and has been running for 4 months and for the first time I accually touched it when it is on and it's really hot. I mean I can touch it but after about 5 seconds it's to much. I was thinking about putting a heat sink on it and a small fan then but it in a aluminium(sp?) box. Is this normal_ i mean i know it's a ballast and it gets hot but how hot should it get?
