70w vs 150w

hey everyone, i know i ask alot of questions.....but............
there is a 70w sunpod for sale and i like the price, would crocea's and a squamie be ok with the 70w in my 29bc? the crocea's would be in the top 1/4 of the tank.....thanx for the advice

No I would opt for the 150w. You may get away with it though, you would be much happier with the 150 it opens the doors for keeping crocea's maxima's and sps's

What do you think about a 75W Halide on a 12G JBJ for a clam?

That would work, but I have heard people have heat problems so be careful.

Right now I have been running the tank with a 10 hour light period and my temp stays around 78-80.

just an update....i found a sunpod 150w with a phoenix bulb on ebay and i won it! it will be going on my tank in a week.
