I know my location says Arizona but I am back cleaning out my house that I lived at before college and I have a lot of stuff to get rid of.

Nice Acrylic Sump, Probably about 15G capacity. $40

100lbs or so of Sand. (Rinsed already) .50 a Pound. $40 for all of it.

Pictures of the tank and stand. I am going to lower the asking price to $250 as I found a discoloration in the silicone on the back right corner. The tank was only holding sand and rock at the time so I don't know what caused it but I can guarantee it was nothing toxic.
