75/90 gal softie tank lighting question

mid july early august I wil be setting up either a 75 or 90 gallon tank. all depends on the deal at the time.
going to be a softie tank with a 4ft t5 fixture.
two questions
4 or 6 bulbs?
and color combos on the bulbs..
