75 Gallon reef tank FS

I am re-doing my fish room and building a frag tank therefore the 75 gallon tank must come down that's in the way. It's LOADED with tons of life and was my soft coral tank. It originally was going to be my frag tank but I let everything grow out. So here is what's available and will go to first person with cash. I WILL NOT SHIP!!!!!!

75 Gallon (NON_DRILLED) AGA, comes with 440 watts VHO lighting, Icecap 660 Ballast, 2 cooling fans, Single Overflow with all tubing, Wet/Dry Sump/Filter system and return pump, SQWD wavemaker and all tubing, 300 watt heater, misc powerheads and timers, and Hang on UV Sterilizer with powerhead. $300 OBO

Aqua Remora Pro Skimmer with brand new Mag 3 pump, new overflow skimming box, and brand new skimmer top in excellant shape. $150 FIRM
