I think that is going to be overcrowded for a 75.
The lunare wrass is VERY active and gets 10 inches long
Huma huma triggers get a foot long
The two of those fish, as adults, IMO, would be overload for a 75.
May I suggest you stock the following:
maroon clowns (you know these are among the nastiest and most territorial clowns, right?) - I would consider tomato clowns if you want a bigger, colorful clown that is not quite as aggressive as the maroon.
flame angel (or consider a coral beauty, I like them a lot, they'd give you some different colors)
smaller, hardy wrasse, like a six line, maybe (not compatible with other wrasses, but otherwise, a great fish, IME)
there is no trigger that IMO is small enough, as an adult, for this tank. however, there are some nice dwarf puffers (sharpnose puffers, or tobies) that usually stay under 4 inches. they are related to triggers, have bright colors, cool personalities. they can be nippers, but I think everything else in the tank would be fast enough or aggressive enough to deal with them.
if you love triggers and don't want to substitute a toby, consider some of the smaller filefish. I think I'd avoid any regular (non-eel fish) that got over 5 or 6 inches in a tank as small as a 75.
for the eel questions, consider a green wolf eel. I've had one for 3 or 4 years, and while it is not really an eel, it is a very cool, interactive fish. It stays small enough for a 75.
if you are just starting out with saltwater, consider investing in New Marine Aquarium by Mike Paletta. It's a fantastic book that will get you through the basics. It's less than $20. If you read this, you'll get a lot more out of the forums.
Good luck!
