9005 or 9010 for 75g FOWLR?

I have a friend who is setting up a 75g FOWLR. He likes Tunze products, but isnt sure if he should get the Tunze 9010, will it be too much for just a 75g? Oh and it will be used in tank mode. Thanks ahead of time.
