90gal for sale (complete reef)

i'm listing my house on the market.. need to get the tank out of the way....i also don't have the time to take care of it like i use to due to the 2nd baby...

90Gal RR all-glass tank, with home built stand and canopy and 29gal sump
2-150w Hamilton Reef Star HQI Lighting System
2-48" ecoxotic Stunner LED Strips (1-all blue, and 1-blue/magenta)
1-ecotech MPW40 ES w/ extra wet-side assembly
1-Tunze 6025
- SWC extreme 200 skimmer w/extended neck and an askoll 1500 skimmer pump(love the pump on this skimmer, very quiet and great performance)
- GEO 612 calcium reactor with reef fanatic regulator w/ solenoid valve and 10lb CO2 (just had this refilled)
- Askoll 1500 return pump (very quiet pump)-i made this pump look like the ATB FlowStar 1500 (both exactly the same pump)
- AVAST top off kit..
-300w heater
and bunch of misc... such as salt, test kit, refractometer etc....

-i know it's highly impossible, but would love to sell this as a whole unit for
$2800

ttt....I have a lot of requests to part-it-out...again, i know it is highly impossible to get the whole system sold as once....

if i decided to part out, i will post it on here as soon as i get everything counted for..

anyway... any reefer looking for a House...i'll leave the whole system as a bonus
