Not sure on your flow or lighting and you didnt mention any readings so if all that is in place then could just be expelling waste. They will deflate and ball up then within 24 hours will reopen. Thiswill happen every week or so but if it happens more often then could be other issues like not feeding or flow or water quality.

This tells us nothing. In any post asking for help, particularly a '911' post, it's essential to provide all the information you can. We need to know everything -- water tests like pH, KH, Ca, Mg, SG, temperature, tank size, equipment, animals in the tank, how long it's been set up, etc. The more you tell us, the fuller our picture of the situation becomes.

Something else that's important is checking over your spelling and grammar -- typos are one thing, but it's another entirely to try and wade through posts without capitalization that also lacks proper punctuation or spelling.

That said, your nem may still just be adjusting to the tank. IMHO your lighting is too low for an anemone, and if you bought him from a less than reputable LFS he may be bleached, starving, injured or sick. Can you post a picture of the anemone, along with all the other information? Sometimes a picture really is worth a thousand words when it comes to diagnosing problems.

I agree fully with ACBlinky. Most of which you can add in your profile.Like equipment used, Size,Amount of LR and LS , lighting, water source , type of stock. This information really helps pinpoint the problems or problems. And in many cases there are more then one reason for any issue you may have. As to have total controll of your tank its takes a balance of many things in harmony.
