[profanity] I heard these things are cute but predatory but I had no idea she would eat a large crab like that. For about a week now, the crab is not moving like his usual self, so I figured he's either sick or old. Today I find him completly out of his shell, the starfish on top of him, suffocating and sucking him dry. She's still on top of him, digesting it. Kind of poetic justice seeing as how I often had to remove him from being on top of her, when he was healthy. Is this normal? Should I remove her from him and remove the crab to prevent an ammonia spike? This is a pretty large crab. One of these guys.
