a couple id's

Picked these up a couple days ago, not sure exactly what I have.

The first one looks like a A. millepora, and the second is still a bit young. But if i were to guess, I would say that it is either a speciosa, or a carduus. I am leaning towards A. speciosa.

Thanks! both of the 2nd ID's seems equally likely to me from the pictures I looked up. Not sure.
