A couple questions about phytoplankton

Hi guys,
A few days ago i was reading a thread on another forum about this guy who switched from "dead" plankton to "live" and how much healthier his corals and inverts have been since doing so.
That being said i got interested and started doing some research on it and though I might be able to do this. So i have a few questions.
1. All i need is some clean empty soda bottles, air pump + tubing, fresh 1.019sg saltwater, light and a kit?
2. Would the U-GROW kit that FAF sell be a good kit? www.florida-aqua-farms.com/
3. If so the kit comes with ether Nanochloropsus or Tetraselmis which would be better?

I think that is it.

Thank you very much for your time!

Nick

1) A few 2 liters, air pump, air line tubing, ridgid air line tubing.
2)Home Depot sells 24" and 48" shoplights. They sell 6500k bulbs for them. Thats what I use. Pretty inexpensive.
3)Nano I think is easier. It lasts longer in the fridge and is almost the "Universal" phyto. Tetra doesnt store as long and is best for clams.
