I recently placed an order with PA that included 6-72" VHO bulbs. Not only did they price match a competitor but their customer service is top notch(not like I need to repeat what everyone knows).

Unlike most people on here, UPS seems to strongly dislike me and feels the tank I need the bulbs for doesn't need light.

I have had 12 bulbs shipped to me in 2 separate packages containing 6 bulbs each. Package 1 managed to arrive with 1 single bulb intact. I contacted PA and spoke with Scott. All he asked for were some pictures of the damage to make a claim with UPS. Not a problem. I sent him the information and package 2 was shipped out.

So I get home to find package 2 has pieces of broken bulb already sitting on the concrete. Obviously a bad sign. I didn't bother taking the package in the house. I grabbed the camera and snapped some pictures of the ground and the box. After opening the box, this package arrived with 2 bulbs in check. I then spoke with Michelle who again showec nothing but professionalism, had me send her the pictures and said she would get another package out to me.

Even though it may seem a little suspicious that I have 2 packages with broken bulbs never once did they even allude to me trying to con them out of more bulbs. Hell I even feel a little guilty having to keep calling them about the bulbs. Michelle told me that this seems to be a major issue with UPS and 60-72" bulbs.


Anyway enough of my rambling, I just wanted to give an A+ to PA for their courteous and professional staff.
 
Glad to hear you finally got good bulbs. I guess 3rd time is a charm with UPS, lol. If you need anythihng else just let me know.
