a few problems with ACJR

I have the ACJR with a DC8 and one of my lights will turn off 3 or 4 times throughout the day. It will kick off and then turn back on just a few minutes later. The programming is the same as my other light but it never kicks off. Here's the line
IF TIME > 11:00 THEN LT2 ON
IF TIME > 22:00 THEN LT2 OFF

another problem is the time falls behind almost 10 minutes per week, I have the leap second set at 12.5, I just brought it up from 5.5 to see if that helps.

my last problem is I have the display password set, but it never ask me for the password. It used to ask for the password when I tried to enter the menu but now it doesn't.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

What is the version and date of the firmware? Make sure that there are not any duplicate timer names or addresses. Also check that timer names have program statements associated with them.
10 minutes/week seems really large. The leap second adjustment for 10 minutes/week would be 60 * 10 / 7 or 85 seconds/day.
The display lock must be enabled in the control & status menu. After a power cycle the display lock is disabled.

the software is version 3.00J - 6A05
I don't have any duplicate timer names or addresses and all names have statements associated with them.
I'll increase the leap second to 85 to see if that helps, just for reference, I reset the time 14 hours ago and it's already off by 12 minutes.
I got the display lock working now, I didn't realize that it would reset.
